Hello

I'm Emma!

Massage therapist, birth enthusiast, anatomy nerd & chocolate lover

I'm a licensed massage therapist and Lamaze certfied childbirth educator, specializing in bodywork that supports alignment, balance and comfort during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

Over the years, my work has evolved beyond relaxation

focused massage, to address the structural and soft-tissue issues that occur as your body adapts to carrying a baby. By working with the pelvis, hips, abdomen, back and connective tissues, I help support ease of movement, reduced strain and a more balanced environment for both parent and baby.

Each session is

thoughtful, responsive and grounded in a deep respect for the intelligence of the pregnant or postpartum body.

Why I do this work

I believe prenatal massage should

support function as well as bring relief. When a pregnant body feels more balanced and supported, many people experience:

  • Less discomfort and fatigue

  • Greater trust in their body

  • Increased confidence as birth approaches

I find it deeply meaningful to help clients feel more at home in their bodies while supporting the process unfolding within them.

A little more about me

I live in Seattle with my partner and our two fur babies Maggie and Molly.

I'm a bit of a birth enthusiast having worked in the pregnancy and postpartum space since 2007, first as a birth and postpartum doula, and now as a Lamaze certified childbirth educator and licensed perinatal massage therapist.

I value long term relationships with clients, often working with people over multiple pregnancies, and feel honored to support people throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journeys.
